Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important information regarding your booking, deposits, and service changes.

14-Day Window

Cancellations within 14 days of pickup are charged 100%.

20% Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all dates.

Full Payment

Total balance must be cleared 14 days prior to departure.

Standard Cancellation Terms

The 14-Day Rule:

Any cancellation made within **fourteen (14) days** of the pickup date will result in a charge equal to **100% of the contracted amount**. All deposits and other payments become strictly non-refundable within this window.

To cancel a reservation, you must send a formal written notice toinfo@cascadecharterbus.com. Any charge associated with a cancellation is final and not transferable to future or alternative services.


Performance Failures & Breakdowns

In specific circumstances, Cascade Charters may, at its sole discretion, refund a portion of a deposit or estimated costs if a Performance Failure (such as a mechanical breakdown) occurs.

Note: A Performance Failure on one vehicle does not affect or provide refunds for other Service Buses in your charter that were not affected by the failure. You remain liable for all costs associated with non-affected vehicles.

No-Show Policy

If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the Client is not present within **60 minutes** of the scheduled time, the ride will be considered a "No-Show." In this event:

  • The reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • The Client remains fully liable for **100% of the Estimated Cost**.
  • Cascade Charters is not responsible for any inability to contact the client via the phone number provided.

By making a reservation or utilizing Cascade Charter Bus LLC services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
