FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about booking, safety, and logistics for your next group journey.

How far in advance should I book my charter bus?
For peak seasons (April–June and September–October), we recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance. For off-peak travel, 1 to 2 months is usually sufficient, though we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on fleet availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure typically receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 14–30 days may incur a percentage charge, and cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Please refer to our full Cancellation Policy page for details.
Are we allowed to bring food, drinks, or alcohol on board?
Yes, light snacks and bottled water are permitted. For alcoholic beverages, a refundable cleaning deposit is required, and all passengers must be of legal drinking age. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on all Cascade vehicles.
Are your buses DOT compliant and insured?
Absolutely. Safety is our non-negotiable priority. All vehicles in our fleet undergo rigorous 3,000-mile safety inspections, and we carry $5M in liability insurance, exceeding federal requirements.
Should we provide lodging for the driver on multi-day trips?
Yes. For over-the-road trips requiring an overnight stay, the customer is responsible for the driver's hotel room. To ensure the driver is well-rested and available near the group, we recommend booking them at the same hotel.
