Terms & Conditions
Please read these service terms carefully. By making a reservation with Cascade Charter Bus, LLC, you agree to be bound by these requirements.
1. Reservations and Deposits
All reservations more than 14 days from the Date of Service require a 20% deposit. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the trip. Payments should be made to Cascade Charter Bus LLC or Green World Multi Service INC.
2. Rates and Legal Compliance
Advertised rates are subject to change. You authorize Cascade Charters to charge your provided payment method for overtime, excessive cleaning (minimum $250), or damages.
3. Waived Conditions
Cascade Charters does not guarantee the following and you waive claims regarding:
- Specific make, model, or year of the bus.
- Functionality of Wi-Fi, HVAC/Air conditioning, or on-board restrooms.
- Arrival times affected by traffic, weather, mechanical breakdown, or "Force Majeure."
4. Driver Regulations
Drivers must follow FMCSA Hours of Service Regulations (Max 10 hours driving / 15 hours on duty). We may terminate any trip without refund if passengers attempt to force a driver to violate these federal safety laws.
5. Governing Law and Arbitration
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the **State of New York**. You agree that all claims will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration in **Fulton County, Georgia**. You expressly waive your right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.
